With zirconia ceramic implants, there is no need to worry about electromagnetic absorption, titanium particles entering the bone and becoming toxic, or metal allergies.

If metal is used for the abutment, the metal portion may be exposed black if the gums recede. Also, if metal is used for the superstructure that serves as the tooth replacement, the gums may darken due to dissolved metal. Zirconia implants do not use any metal at all, so there is no such esthetic risk.

Zirconia is so durable and wear-resistant that it is used in artificial diamonds, and it has been confirmed to bond with bone as well as titanium. As such, zirconia meets the essential requirements for use in implants, so you can receive treatment with peace of mind.

B.O.P.T. (bopt) is a revolutionary cosmetic dentistry treatment that improves the incongruity and descent of the gum line of teeth and places a gingivally non-retractable crown.

B.O.P.T. is a technique that thickens and extends the gingiva without surgery by applying a special treatment to teeth with receding and long-looking gingiva, which can be maintained for a longer period of time.

Data show that when crowns are placed using the conventional method, the crown margins are exposed (40% after 1 year, 71% after 10 years, etc.). Not only does the appearance of the crown become worse as time goes by, the gingival thickness also becomes thinner in some cases.

Although there are still surgical procedures such as gum grafting to improve the appearance of the gums, B.O.P.T. is a treatment method that can improve the ideal condition of the gums and maintain it for a long period of time, without surgery.

We practice esthetic prosthetics based on the "BOPT concept" of Dr. Ignazio Loi, an Italian esthetic prosthodontist.

Zirconia crowns are made from zirconia, also known as human diamonds, and are premium ceramic crowns that meet the requirements of esthetic dentistry: strong, light, gentle, and beautiful.

We recommend zirconia crowns.

At our clinic, we do not provide CR treatment for insurance purposes.

This is because we believe that time-consuming, high-quality materials, and precision filling with microfillings can look beautiful, function in the mouth for a long time, and improve the health and quality of life (QOL) of our patients.

Therefore, our clinic offers direct bonding (direct composite resin restoration) as a self-funded treatment.

Direct bonding is attractive because it can be completed in a short period of time without unnecessary grinding of the teeth by utilizing our advanced technology.

Direct bonding is a treatment in which dental resin is added to chipped teeth due to tooth decay or to gaps between teeth to improve the shape and color of the teeth.

Direct bonding is one of the minimal intervention (MI) treatments, because it minimizes the amount of tooth removal.

If the metal dissolved in your mouth cannot be expelled on its own, it is possible that it could accumulate and contaminate your body.

Also, if you are allergic to the metal in your mouth, you may experience some disability if the symptoms appear in your body or mouth.

Today, advances in technology have made it possible to perform almost all treatments metal-free. Metal fillings and coverings can be replaced with plastic resins or ceramics. Discoloration of teeth caused by metal can also be treated at the same time. Removing harmful metals from the mouth is truly a pleasant experience.

As an option for amalgam removal at our clinic, QSS Tri-test, which tests the accumulation and excretion capacity of organic and inorganic mercury in the body through hair, blood, urine, and other means.

A detoxification option using supplements is also available.
